In addition to the standard table column filters discussed in the Table Column Filtering article, there are a number of advanced filters that can also be applied to display certain results in the assessments table. The advanced filters can be viewed by selecting the "Advanced Filter" button :
These are explained below:
Location - Allows you to display a list of assessments at a specific location, including assessments at its sub locations.
Show Archived - When this option has been switched on, the assessment table will display a list of assessments that have been archived
Status - Can be used to display assessments of a specific status, for example Overdue, unpublished or due within 30 days.
The following options are available within Advanced Filters
Substance - Allows you to display a list of assessments at a specific location, including assessments at its sub locations
Subscribers - This allows you to filter out assessments specific users have subscribed to.
Filter by Risk/Hazard - When this option has been switch one, the assessments table will display a list of all the assessments associated with the risk/hazard selected
Show Shared - When this option has been switched on, the assessment table will display a list of all published company assessments
Location Status - When this option has been switched on, the assessments table display a list of all assessments that belong to locations that have been archived
Signed Assessments - When this option has been switched on, the assessment table will display all the assessments you have signed against.
The filters described above can be used to help you locate a specific assessment.
