Each assessment entry in the assessments table has an Actions button. To view a published risk assessment file, simply click the Actions button next to the required assessment, and then click View Published Files. You will then see an option to view the most recent version of the assessment (Current Revision), or any of its older versions as required. Click the Assessment Revisions drop-down and choose the assessment you wish to view, and then click the View button next to it. The assessment you have chosen will be downloaded to your computer. Once your assessment file has downloaded, you can open it to view or print.

You may also notice that you can download the SDS files of any substances being used in the assessment by selecting the required substance in the Safety Data Sheets In Assessment drop-down list, followed by a click of the View button next to it. The SDS file you have chosen will be downloaded to your computer.

Our Advice: When viewing any of the files mentioned above, if you are using Internet Explorer, you might see a pop-up asking you to Open, Save or Cancel, allowing you to choose your required operation. If you are using Google Chrome, the file should automatically download directly to your computer, or it might open directly in a new tab of your internet browser.
