Using the Live Chat

As you use the system, you may encounter a problem that stops you from working, or you may have a question that requires a quick answer. This is where the Live Chat functionality of the system can help.

To activate the live chat, simply click the circular icon containing a ? situated in the bottom right hand corner of your screen, and the click on the Live Chat 9am-5pm GMT option.

Whilst using the chat, you can attach images and documents to help show us what your issue is. You can also insert fun emoji icons too.
