Assessments
When you set the assessment owner as somebody else they now get an email to inform them.
Previously in the history tab when a draft was published it would show the assessment as published, this has now been changed to show it was a draft.
Substance Management
Super users can now remove substances that are in use in both assessments and other locations.
Action Management
Linked documents can now be viewed when an action is sent to someone who does not have a sevron account.
