This article covers the new features, improvements, and bug fixes in the February 2020 Safety365 update.

COSHH Assessment

  • The system is now able to detect combined hazard and precautionary phrases from safety data sheets.

  • An issue where a few clients were experiencing issues with loading and timing out on secure internal networks has now been resolved.

  • When an actionee receives an email the action owner is now copied in to ensure visibility of emails sent from the system.

  • The Scroll to top button was not working on hazards within the assessment editor, this has now been fixed.

  • There was an issue where the assessment didn't autosave when editing the controls description this has now been resolved.

  • Risk Monitoring alerts were still being triggered by archived users, this now no longer happens, and alerts are no longer active once a user has been archived.

  • There was an issue when creating a user would cause the new user modal to freeze, this has now been fixed.

  • You can now filter Actions in Assessments by the status to help you find the action you want quicker.

  • There was an issue with the formatting on action emails this has now been tidied up.

  • Customers with PUWER enabled can now give users access or restrict access in the roles and permissions area. A new permission has been added for PUWER access.

  • You are now able to upload TIFF files as linked documents in the assessment wizard.

Substance Management

  • The email capture on safety data sheet downloads for distribution customers was removed due to GDPR this has now been re-added.

Incidents

  • An Additional chart for Positive Intervention has now been added for Person Involved in the reports area.

  • An issue with the Accident Report (RIDDOR) graph where custom accident types did not show, this has now been fixed.

  • There was an issue where assessment options showed on incident actions these have now been removed.

  • There was an issue with the formatting on action emails this has now been tidied up.

  • Custom incident types did not show on the top 3 incident chart, this has now been resolved.
