Special character showing ( & ) when using & in the Location dropdowns, this has now been resolved and no longer shows incorrectly.

The action owner use to be CC'ed into the Actionee emails, this has now been removed as Actions owners were opening the Actionee emails and therefore it was being marked as read by the read receipt yet the actionee had not opened the email.

There was a bug with deleting Risk Monitoring Alerts, this has now been fixed and the alerts now delete correctly.

The names within the Assessment dropdown have changed, they are now “COSHH Risk Assessment”, “Task Risk Assessment” and “PUWER Risk Assessment”.

We have simplified the “Send Publish Request” feature for those users who cannot publish assessments, we have added a search feature to make it easier to find the correct user.

If a risk monitoring alert is triggered on an assessment the user doing the assessment now gets a pop up when they publish with the details of the risk monitoring alert including who has put that risk monitoring alert in place, their email and their risk monitoring alert name.

The review date within Template Assessments is now set correctly, previously this would not show the correct date.

Location tree button has been fixed when adding a substance from the SDS library to the inventory. Previously this would not display the location tree.

There was an issue with viewing the “requests awaiting decision” when the user had clicked expand search and then closed that request and viewed another as the expand search then did not show. This has now been resolved and should show correctly for each request.
