What are SVHC Tags?

The SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern) Tags feature is designed to help organisations identify and monitor hazardous substances within their substance inventory. Based on the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) Candidate List, this feature flags substances that may pose serious risks to human health or the environment.

When enabled, the SVHC Tags feature adds a dedicated SVHC column to the Approved Substance List and the Substance Inventory.

Users can also filter substances by their SVHC status. This makes it easier to track, review, and manage flagged substances across your organisation’s records.

Additionally, the feature enhances the MSDS Library Search, where SVHC-tagged substances are clearly marked and a filter option is provided to display SVHCs only, allowing users to quickly locate and review relevant materials.
