If you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password by following the following steps:

1. On the login page, click the Forgott Password option next to the Sign In button.

2. Next, type in the email address you use to log into the system with, and then click the Submit button.

3. You will then see a notice informing you that an email has been sent to that email address containing instructions on what to do next. It will also contain a password reset link.

4. Log into your email, and locate the email you have received from support@sevron.co.uk entitled Sevron Safety365™ Password Reset. Once located, click the hyperlink to reset your password.

5. This will take you to a password reset web page. To change your password, just type in your new password twice - once in the New Password field, and again in the Re-type Password field. When ready to set your new password, click the Reset button.

6. Now type in your email address and your new password, and click the Sign In button to login.

7. You should now be logged into the system successfully.
