I can't add an attachment to my incident record? The Browse button is disabled. Help!

The most common reason for the browse button being disabled when trying to add an attachment is due to not setting the Attachment Name, Catagory (or both) first.

To fix this issue, make sure you specify an Attachment Name and a Category before trying to browse your computer for the file itself.
