There may be a time when you need to Archive an incident record. The standard menu that users would normally see when clicking a record's Actions button to select the Archive option looks like this:
For some users though, this option is not available to them. In fact, some users will see no options at all:
The reason there are so many variants of what you may or may not be able to choose all comes down to your system permissions. Your system account will need to have the Delete/Archive Action permission in order for you to be able see and use the Archive option.
In order to have this permission, you will need to contact your team member that created your account, or another team member that has the system permissions to do so.
Please Note: The system also has similar permissions relating to archiving incident Actions.
