If an incident action is no longer required, you can remove it by using the Archive option. This option is permission based, meaning that if you do not have that permission in your system account, the option will not be there.
Let's look at where this option is located.
1. First, click on the Incidents option from the menu on the left.
2. Next, find the record you would like to remove an action from. Click the record's Action button on the left, and then click on the View/Edit option.
3. Next, click on the Actions tab.
4. If you have permission to archive an action, you will see an Archive icon next to each action in the list.
If you do not see the archive icons next to the actions, it means that you do not have the system permissions to do so, and will look like this:
In order to have this permission, you will need to contact your team member that created your account, or another team member that has the system permissions to do so.
