In the My Details area of the system, you will first see the Change Password section. Here you can change the password for your account. To change your password, simply type your new password in the Password box, then type it again in the Confirm Password box. To save your new password, click the Change Password button. You will see a green confirmation box at the top of the page informing you that your new password has been saved.

Our Advice: Try to avoid using 'easy to guess' passwords, like your pet's name, date of birth or favourite football team. One of the best password methods is to use a short sentence that you can remember, but ignoring the spaces between words, for example 'ineedaholiday'.

It is far easier for someone to guess the password 'molly' than it is to guess the password 'tomorrowisalwaysadayaway'.
