Please Note: The printing methods described below may differ slightly from what you might see. Settings and options will depend on your computer's operating system, whether the computer your using is a Microsoft Windows computer or an Apple Mac, and the program that you are using to view the PDF file.

To print out an SDS, first navigate to and load up the SDS file that wish to print. There are a number of ways to print out your SDS:

Method 1

The easiest method is to hold down the CTRL button on your keyboard and pressing the P key. Now change any print settings if required, then click the Print or OK button.

Method 2

Our Advice: Most browsers today will allow you to view the assessment PDF files in them. However, you may need to have a program installed on your computer that will allow you to view PDF files instead. Adobe Acrobat Reader is the most common program for this, and it can be downloaded from HERE. If you cannot install it yourself, please ask your IT department for help.
