If an assessment is no longer required, you can put it in the archive. The archive is a reserved area in the system where all unwanted assessments are stored – just like old patient records at a hospital or doctors. Assessments in the archive can be restored at any time if required.

To put an assessment in the archive, click the Actions button next to the assessment, and then click the Archive Assessment option.

The chosen assessment will disappear from the assessment’s table and will now be stored in the archive.

To restore an archived assessment, first click the Show Archived switch to turn on the archived assessment view.

The assessments table will now reload, listing all assessments in the archive. Click on the Actions button next to the assessment you wish to restore, and click the Unarchive Assessment option.

The assessment will be moved out from the archive, and back to the location it was originally archived from.

Our Advice: Please remember to turn off the Show Archived switch when you have finished in the archive. Switching it off will reload the assessments table with all non-archived assessments again.
