If you have an Administrator role type in the system, you will be unable to publish the assessment. Instead, you will have the option to send a Publish Request to someone else.
Once sent, the system user nominated will receive an email asking them to publish the assessment on your behalf.
Firstly, type in the optional Reason For Publishing and any optional Comments if required. Next, turn Publish Request option on by clicking it.
Now select a recipient from the list. (You can begin typing their name to filter the list of names to help find them).
Finally, click the Send Publish Request button.
Please Note: Approver will then get sent an email about the publish request and once the approver has published the assessment the user will get sent an email confirming that the publish request has been completed
Please Note: If you have a system role type that allows you to publish your own assessments, the Send Publish Request option will be replaced with a list of publish options and a publish button. The full publish process is discussed in the Publishing Assessments article.
