If you need to attach additional files and documents to your assessment, you can do so via the Linked Documents section of the assessment wizard.
To add a linked document to your assessment, first click the Add Linked Document button.
Next, type on a recognisable Linked Document Name. The name you choose will appear on the draft and published assessments. Next, click the Browse button.
Now locate the document file on your computer, click it to select it, then click Open.
The chosen document has now been linked to your assessment.
Please Note: There is a 20MB file size limit for attachment files. Files above 20MB cannot be uploaded.
Once a linked document has been added to your assessment, you can edit, download or delete it.
If you need to modify the attachment name, simply click the Edit icon. You can then change the name of the attachment as necessary. Please make sure to click the Save option to save attachment name amendments.
To download and check a file that has been linked to your assessment, click the Download Document icon. This will download the document to your computer.
You can archive a linked document to remove it from your assessment. by clicking on the Delete Document icon.
Our Advice: A linked document will appear in a Draft/Published PDF assessment as a hyperlink. Users viewing the Draft/Published assessment will be able to click on the document hyperlinks in the PDF assessment file to download and view linked documents.

Each addition of a linked document, or changes made to previously linked documents, will immediately be reflected in the History Overview in the Assessment Wizard:
