Each action that is added to an assessment has potentially three options:
Edit – Allows you to edit the current details of an action
Archive – Allows you to archive an action
Unarchive - Allows you to unarchive an reactivate an action
Follow-up Action – This option icon will only appear if follow-up action has been created, and will allow you to view/edit the follow-up action
If you need to modify an action, such as add more information or add an attachment to it, simply click the Edit icon. You can then freely navigate the Action tabs and modify as necessary. Please make sure to click the corresponding Save option to save any amendments.
If a requirement to archive an action arises, just click on the action's Archive icon. Actions that are archived will NOT disappear from the assessment, but will instead adopt a pink background colour to indicate that it has been archived.
If an action has previously been archived, it can be reactivated by unarchiving it. To unarchive an action, simply click the action's Unarchive icon.
If a follow-up action was created, the action it was created from will have a Follow-up Action icon. Clicking this icon will display the follow-up action directly. You can then make changes to the follow-up action as normal if required.
