Managing user accounts is done in the Location/User Management area of the system. This can be loaded by first clicking the Settings option in the main menu on the left hand side of the screen.

(Please Note: If you do not see the Settings option, it means you do not have permission to manage system users.)

... and then clicking on Users and Locations, followed by Location/User Management.

Once in the Location/User Management area of the system, you will see a list of users on the right side of the screen.

This list of users will change as you click on different locations in the company tree structure on the left side. Users displayed follow a ‘Top Down’ logic, meaning when a location in the company tree is clicked, the users displayed on the right will either be at that location, or a location directly below the one you clicked in the tree structure.

Our Advice: If you only want to display users at the location you click, make sure you turn on the Selected Location Only switch by clicking it. See below:
