If a location is no longer needed, you can archive it. To do this, first click the Settings option in the main menu on the left hand side of the screen.
(Please Note: If you do not see the Settings option, it means you do not have permission to archive and unarchive locations.)
Next, click on Users and Locations, and then click on Location/User Management.
From here, Right-Click the location to be archived in the company tree and choose the Archive option.
The chosen location will now disappear from the company tree structure.
If an archived location needs to be restored, you can unarchive it. First, click the Show Archived switch to turn it on.
The company tree structure will now include all archived locations. Archived locations can be identified by a bordered icon instead of a solid coloured icon. See below:
Once you can see the location you wish to unarchive, simply Right-Click it in the company tree and choose the Unarchive option to restore it.
Please Note: If you archive a location, any users and assessments at that location will be automatically archived. Please try to reallocate a location’s assessments and users prior to archiving it.
