Please Note: A system account will need to be created for you by your system manager in order to use the Incident365™ system. Please use your account credentials when logging in. (You will have received an email informing you of your new system account).
The Viewer role is one of the default role types in the Incident365™ system. It does not have any permissions to modify existing system data in any way. The only permission it does have is it can view existing incident records.
This can be seen in the overview of the permissions for the Viewer role type below:
Our Advice: Users with a Viewer account can also record a new incident record. This means they can begin a new record and fill out it's initial first page. The rest of the record information can only be added by a user with the correct permissions.
Please Note: Once the first page of a new incident record has been submitted by a viewer, they will not be able to go back and edit or delete it.
