You can filter the Assessment Management list by PPE and control-measure icons. This helps you find assessments that use specific PPE or control measures without opening each assessment individually.
The filter uses the PPE and control-measure icons already used in the Risk Assessment Wizard, specifically the Task Hazards & Controls step and the General Controls step.
Step 1: Go to Assessments.
Step 2: Open Advanced Filters.
Step 3: Select the PPE or control-measure icons you want to search for.
Step 4: The assessment list will update to show assessments that contain the selected icon or icons.
Note: If you select more than one icon, the list will show assessments that match any of the selected icons.
To remove the filter, clear the selected icons in Advanced Filters.
