Your Substance Inventory now shows GHS hazard pictograms directly in the table, so you can see the hazard symbols for each substance at a glance without opening the substance to view them.
Where you will see it
A new Hazards column appears at the far right of the table in two places:

Each substance shows its GHS hazard pictograms inline in that column. Where a substance has more than one hazard, all of its pictograms are shown together in the row.
Seeing what each symbol means
Hover over any pictogram to see its GHS code (for example, GHS02). On a row with several pictograms, each symbol shows its own code when you hover over it.
Substances with no hazards
If a substance has no GHS hazards recorded, the cell is simply left blank. There is no placeholder or error icon.
On a phone or narrow screen
On smaller or narrow screens the column collapses to a compact badge showing the number of hazards, so the table stays readable on mobile.
Do I need to switch it on?
The Hazards column is off by default. To show it, open Column Options on My Substance Inventory or the Approved Substance List and switch Hazards to On. This is a per-user preference, so each user sets it for their own view.
Sorting and filtering
The Hazards column is for viewing only, so it is not sortable and you cannot click the header to order by it. To filter your inventory by hazard, continue to use the existing advanced filter on hazard or risk phrase.
