Who this is for: All users. Requires an audit role.
The Audit Module brings your whole audit programme into Safety365 — planning, running, recording findings, assigning corrective actions and reporting on the results — so audits sit alongside your risk assessments, substances and incidents rather than in a separate spreadsheet.
It covers the full cycle:
Choose or build a template. Start from the Sevron global library of prebuilt audit templates, or build your own in the Template Builder.
Schedule or start an audit. Plan it in advance and assign an auditor, or begin one immediately.
Conduct the audit. Work through the questionnaire, record responses, capture evidence and raise findings as you go.
Publish. Complete a checklist, optionally send for technical review, then publish. The published record cannot be edited.
Resolve the findings. Add root cause analysis, assign one or more corrective actions, and close the finding when the work is done and verified.
Report. See scheduled versus completed audits, findings and actions, and trends by location.
Also in the module:
Coverage — see which locations are behind on which standards. See Audit coverage: what the Coverage view shows [LINK].
Audit Plan — see which audits are due over the next 6 months, year or 3 years. See Viewing the Audit Plan [LINK].
Previous findings review — check how earlier findings stand at the start of each audit. See Reviewing previous findings before an audit [LINK].
Report sign-off — ask named people to sign the published report. See Adding a report sign-off list [LINK].
Standards & Regulations register — keep each standard's owner, certificates, reports and documents in one place. See The Standards & Regulations register [LINK].
Findings and corrective actions do not stay locked inside the audit. Corrective actions are created in the shared Actions module with Action Type = Audit Corrective Action, so they are tracked, chased and reported alongside every other action in the business.
