Who this is for: Anyone scheduling audits.
Location. The Location / Site picker opens a location tree. You can only schedule into locations you have access to. If a site is missing, you do not have access to it.
Auditor. Only people whose audit role includes Conduct Audits appear in the list, and anyone with that permission is added automatically — there is no separate step to make someone selectable. If a colleague is missing, the fix is a role change, not an audit change. Audit Viewer does not include Conduct Audits.
Competence checks. If your organisation checks competence for the template’s standard, the list also depends on the Auditor Register — see 10.13:
Warn — everyone is still listed, but choosing someone not verified competent shows a warning and is recorded in the audit history.
Block — only auditors verified competent and in date are listed. If nobody qualifies, the auditor can be left blank.
One auditor is chosen when you schedule. Add further auditors with Reassign Audit — see 5.7.
