Who this is for: Needs Schedule Audits.
Open Audits → Audit Records.
Find the scheduled audit.
Open the ⋮ menu and choose Edit Audit.
The Edit Audit wizard opens at Audit Details, pre-filled. Saving does not start the audit.
Change what you need, select Continue, then Save Changes on the Schedule step.
If you change the auditor, the change is recorded in the audit history.
You can also change the Auditee(s) and Information required from the auditee. Auditee changes are recorded in the history, for example “The auditees were changed from “Caim Hermoso” to “Sam Patel””. If Auditees told about a scheduled audit is switched on, only the people you add are told. Nobody is told twice, and saving without changing the auditees sends nothing.
Once the audit has started, use the other ⋮ options instead: Change Audit Owner to move accountability, or Reassign Audit to change the owner and auditors — see 5.7. The template cannot be changed on a started audit.
If this doesn’t work
Edit Audit is missing — the audit has already been started.
You want to move the audit rather than cancel it — use Edit Audit and change the date. Do not delete and recreate it; that uses another audit from your allowance.
