What happens after an audit is published

What changes, and what you can still do.

Written by Caim Hermoso

Who this is for: All users.

When an audit is published:

  • The record becomes immutable. No edits, no unlocking, no exceptions. It is a point-in-time snapshot of the audit as conducted.

  • The status changes to Completed and the completion date is recorded.

  • The report becomes available via ⋮ > View Audit Report.

  • Every finding appears in Audit Findings and can be worked on independently.

  • Corrective actions already assigned continue in the Actions module.

  • The audit appears in reports.
