When your annual allowance is used up:
You cannot schedule new audits or start new ad hoc audits.
Everything else keeps working. Audits in progress can be finished and published. Findings, corrective actions and reports are fully available.
Nothing is deleted or hidden.
What to do:
Check the reset date on the Audit Usage indicator. Your allowance restores automatically on that date.
Look for scheduled audits you no longer need. Deleting a scheduled audit that was never started returns it to your allowance. Started audits cannot be reclaimed.
Contact your account manager if you need a larger allowance.
Avoiding it next time: the most common cause of unexpectedly high usage is deleting and recreating audits instead of rescheduling them. Use Edit Audit to move an audit; deleting and recreating uses a second audit.
