Who this is for: All users.
Check these in order:
1. Filters are still applied. Both Audit Records and Audit Findings keep their filters. Select Clear Filters and look again.
2. It is archived. Switch on Show Archived. Archived audits are hidden by default; their findings remain visible in Audit Findings regardless.
3. Current Location Only is on. In My Audit Templates, this toggle hides everything outside your current location.
4. You do not have access to its location. Templates and records exist only in their locations. Ask an administrator.
5. You are looking in the wrong place.

6. The audit was deleted. Only scheduled, never-opened audits can be deleted, and deletion is permanent. Check the notifications — the owner, auditor and subscribers are all notified when one is deleted.
