Who this is for: Anyone with audit access can view it, limited to their locations. Adding standards, owners, certificates, reports and documents needs Manage Audit Settings.
The Standards & Regulations register brings together each standard your audit templates cover, with its owner and the evidence you hold for it: internal audit reports, certificates, external audit reports and supporting documents.
Opening the register
Go to Audits > Standards & Regulations.
A View Audit Charter link under the page introduction opens your audit charters — see Setting up your audit charter [LINK].
Each row shows the Standard (with how many templates cover it), Owner, Certificates (status and next expiry), Internal Reports, External Reports and Documents. Use Search standards... to find one by code (for example 45001) or name.
What each standard shows
Select a standard to open it. You'll see:
Owner — the person accountable for the standard. They are emailed, with audit settings managers, 30 days before a certificate expires.
Certificates, with their status and expiry
Internal Audit Reports — completed audits whose template carries that standard, limited to locations you can access
External Audit Reports
Supporting Documents
Adding a standard with no template
The register lists every standard on your audit templates automatically. To add one that no template covers yet:
Pick it from Add a standard with no template....
Select + Add Standard.
Note: You can only pick from the list; you can't type a custom name. You can remove standards you added by hand, but not ones that come from templates.
Setting the owner
Open the standard and choose someone in Owner. Clear it to leave the owner not set.
If this doesn't work
A standard is missing — add it with Add a standard with no template, or check it is on one of your templates.
There are no add buttons — you need Manage Audit Settings.
An internal report is missing — it only shows completed audits at locations you can access.
