How to change the logo on audit record headers

Choose the logo that appears in the header of your audit records.

Written by Caim Hermoso

You can upload your own logos for audit headers and set one as your company's default.

Before you start

  • You need access to System Settings.

  • Logos must be PNG or JPEG files no larger than 10 MB.

Upload a logo

  1. Click the Settings (cog) icon in the left-hand menu.

  2. Make sure the System Settings tab is selected, then click Audit Settings.

  3. Scroll the tabs along the top to the right and open Audit Header Logo.

  4. Click Click to Upload, or drag and drop your logo file into the upload area.

Set or remove the default logo

  1. Your logo shows in the list below the upload area. Click the button next to it to make it the Default Logo.

  2. To remove a logo you no longer need, click Delete.

Good to know

  • You can upload several logos, but only one can be the company default at a time.

  • Changing the default logo only affects new audits. Existing audits keep the logo they were created with.
