Incidents Area

The quickest way of getting to the incidents area of the system is by simply clicking the Incidents option in the menu down the left hand side of your screen. 

Doing this will load up the incidents area.

When the incidents area of the system has loaded, you will see a table of existing incident records:

The table consists of the following incident data:

  • REFERENCE – A unique reference number for each incident record

  • TYPE – Displays the type of record, e.g BSI, Accident, Incident, near miss etc.

  • STATUS – Displays the current status of the record (In Progress or Completed)

  • INCIDENT DATE – The date recorded in the Incident Date field of the record

  • LOCATION – The area of your company structure where the incident record resides

  • CREATED BY – The user(s) who created/began adding the incident record

  • DATE CREATED – Displays the date a particular record was created
