The Incident Overview report type generates two different report sections. These are outlined below.
Incident Overview Tab
Incident Summary Chart - A pyramid chart that displays the number of Fatality incidents, RIDDOR Incidents, Lost Time incidents and Other Accidents. It also displays the number of BSI records and the number of Corrective Actions.
Behavioural Safety Inspections Performance Summary Chart - This chart displays the number of BSI records performed against a BSI Target set for the current year.
12 Month Rolling Incident Rates - Direct Employees (UK) Chart -
12 Month Rolling Incident Rates - All Labour - Similar to the Direct Employees (UK) Chart, but this time the information displayed includes all other labour including sub-contractors.
