The Accident Statistics - RIDDOR report is made up of four tabs:

The Body Chart tab displays a list of the most common parts of the body, and it displays the total count of injuries recorded to each body part that were required to be reported to the Health and Safety Executive.

The Number of Incidents at Business Units bar chart displays how many incidents occurred -and were required to be reported to the HSE) in each separate location.

Clicking one of the coloured bars will make the bar chart display the number of incidents in the sub-locations under that particular location. Click Back to return.

You can also click the labels to display an overview of the incidents, who created them, when they were created and the current progress.

The Types tab displays two bar charts. The first displays the types of injury, and the second displays the types of accident.

Our Advice - You can click on each of the coloured bar charts to drill down into that collection of data. You can also click on the bar chart labels underneath to display a list of the records that make up the bar chart totals.

The Causes tab displays two charts. The first is an Immediate Causes pie chart containing counts of the types of the immediate causes reported, and a bar chart that shows the types and counts of all Root Causes reported.

Our Advice - By clicking the pie chart segments or the bar chart columns, you can drill down into that collection of data. You can click on the pie chart labels underneath to move out that part from the rest of the chart. You can click on the labels underneath the bar chart to display a list of the records that make up its totals.
