You can run a report based on the current Government Agency Visit records in your system. This type of report will display three charts. Please see below for more information.

Visit by Location

The Visit by Location chart begins by displaying a pie chart of all main locations that contain a Government Agency Visit record. By clicking the location labels below the pie chart, you can move out out that piece of the chart to define it.

If you click on the pie chart itself, the pie chart will be replaced with a bar chart, allowing you to then click the bar chart columns to drill down into specific location data. You can also click on the bar chart labels underneath to display a list of the records that make up the bar chart totals.

Our Advice - If you use the drill down functionality, you can use the Back button in the top right of the chart to return back to the previous level.

Visit Against

The Visit Against pie chart displays the records for both visits on site (Company Operation), and those that your team members experience whist out on other company sites (Client operation).

Our Advice - The Company Operation and Client Operation data is obtained from the Inspection Of field of the Visit Outcome section in government inspection records. See image below:

Visited By

The Visited By bar chart displays the record counts of the different Authorities that perform the government visits. These include:

  • Environmental Health Officer

  • Environmental Agency

  • Nuclear Industry Inspectorate

  • Health and Safety Executive

  • Trading Standards Officer

  • Fire Authority

  • Local Authority

  • Officer of Fair Trading

Just like all other report bar charts, you can click the the coloured bars to drill down into data, and you can click the label below them to view the records.

Our Advice - The Visited By criteria is obtained from the Enforcement Authority field of the Incident Details section in government inspection records.
