The Export CSV File report type allows you to nominate a chart from the different types of incidents and create a custom report of your nominated chart.

Once you have chosen your search parameters, you will be presented with the Chart Exporting screen. This allows you to select the chart you want to export.

All report sections and their respective charts have been outlined below:

Incident Overview

  • Employee Incident Count (Current Year)

  • Employee Count (Current Year)

  • All Labour Incident Count (Current Year)

  • All Labour Count (Current Year)

  • Employee Incident Count (Previous Year)

  • Employee Count (Previous Year)

  • All Labour Incident Count (Previous Year)

  • All Labour Count (Previous Year)

  • PI Percentage

  • PI Count

  • Corrective Actions Count

Accident Statistics - RIDDOR

  • Injured Body Parts (Body Chart)

  • Number of Incidents at Business Units

  • Injury Type

  • Accident Type

  • Immediate Causes

  • Root Causes

  • Incident Type(s)

Accident Statistics - ALL

  • Injured Body Parts (Body Chart)

  • Number of Incidents at Business Units

Our Advice - At present, there is no option to export Hazard charts.

Exporting the charts

To export a particular chart, click the tick box to its left to nominate it and then click Export.

When you open the CSV file, you will see something like this.

You can double-click the line between columns to force the column before that line to extend to allow all of the text to show. See below:
