The Home page, otherwise know as the Dashboard, contains a series of ‘widgets’ that display and summarise collections of information relating to existing Incident records, Actions and Performance. Please see below for a quick overview of the available incident widgets.

Actions Chart Widget

This widget tracks how many actions are Overdue, In Progress and Complete. There is also a My/All toggle that allows you to switch between action information relating to yourself as a user and actions for all users.

Incident Summary Widget

This widget shows a quick overview of the incidents this year. You can drill down into the chart to see incidents in specific areas of the business.

Performance Summary Widget

This widget displays a performance percentage against targets for Behavioural Safety Inspections.

12 Month Rolling Rates - Direct Widget & 12 Month Rolling Rates - All Widget

Rolling Incident Rates of the previous 12 months, compared with the previous year.

RIDDOR Summary Widget

This widget counts the number of days without any RIDDOR (Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 2013) incidents.

Top 3 Accident Types Widget

This widget give you the top 3 most commonly reported incident types for your location, and locations in the hierarchy below it.

Adding widgets to your dashboard

To add a new widget to your dashboard, first click the Dashboard Options in the top menu bar, and then click Add Dashboard Widget:

Now simply click the Add To Dashboard button to the right of the widget you wish to add to your dashboard. 

Ray's Advice: If a widget is currently on your dashboard, you can remove it by clicking the Remove button instead. See below:

Changing your Dashboard Layout

Once you have added the widgets you want to your dashboard, you can reorder and prioritise them. To do this, first click the Dashboard Options in the top menu bar, and then click the Change Layout option:

You can now 'click and drag' a widget's Title Bar to re-position it on your dashboard. Se below:

You will notice that each widget now has a Delete button to allow you to remove them if needed. You can remove a widget from your dashboard by clicking its Delete button.

When you have finished moving widgets around and deleting the ones you no longer need, make sure you click the Save Dashboard button to update your dashboard layout.
