The Attachments Tab - Incident365™

The Attachments information tab appears on the following record types:

  • Hazard

  • Near Miss

  • Incident / Accident

  • Environmental

  • Quality Incident

  • Government Agency Visit

  • Customer Complaint

Here you can upload all relative documents to a particular incident record. This documents can include:

  • Photographs and images

  • Maps

  • Procedure and SOP files

  • Risk Assessments

  • Training Records

  • Witness Statements

  • Investigation Reports

  • Accident Reports

To begin adding a new attachment to a record, first click the + Add New Attachment button.

In the Add New Attachment window that appears, type in a descriptive Attachment Name, and then select an attachment category from the Category drop down list.

Next, click the Browse button and browse your computer for the file you wish to attach.

Once you have selected the file, you will see that the file has now been uploaded. 

If required, you can Edit, Delete or Download an attachment entry by clicking the corresponding icon.
