Exporting an existing record

When an incident record is needed, such as a meeting relating to an incident, or if a third party ask for specific incident details, you may need to export an existing record. 

To achieve this, each existing incident record can be independently exported to a PDF file. 

To Export an existing record, first click the Incidents option from the menu on the left hand side of the screen:

You will now see a table containing all existing incident records. Simply find the incident record that you want to export. You can use the table filters to help:

Once you have located the incident record you want to export, click it's Actions button, and choose the Export option.

A PDF file download will begin, containing all relevant information from the chosen incident record. See below for a sample Near Miss record that has been exported.
