To create a new sub-location please follow the following steps:

Click the 'Settings' button on the sidebar to the left of your screen to go into the Settings section of your account.

Please note: If you do not see the following 'Settings' options, your user account does not have the required permissions to create new locations.

Once you are inside the Settings section, open the 'Users & Locations' drop-down menu and select 'Location/User Management.'

Next, click the '+ Add Location' button.

Please note: If the option to '+ Add Location' is grayed out for you, you may need to click the primary location directly below the 'Edit Location' button.

Now you will see the below pop-up. Here you can enter all of the details for your new sub-location. Ensure you choose the correct Parent Location from the drop-down menu.

Next, simply click the 'Save' button at the bottom right hand side of the pop-up.

Now you will be able find your location in the drop down menu.

And inside the 'Location' drop-down menu when you create a new assessment, or edit any existing assessments.

Please note: If you do not see your newly created location in your organisation structure after clicking save, please try pressing Ctrl+F5 on your keyboard. Attempting to add the location again may create duplicate locations.
