If you are taking over the job of someone who used to work with the Sevron system and managed your Location's task or COSHH risk assessments you may find that some of their assessments are missing.
Assessments in your Company Account cannot be deleted. It is far more likely that the colleague you have taken over from has archived those assessments.
You can retrieve archived assessments by following the steps below.
1: Click Assessments:
2: Toggle on Show Archived:
3: Now, select the three dots to the left of the assessment you wish to unarchive, and then click Unarchive Assessment:
4: And now, select Show Archived once more to hide the archived assessments and allow you to select the assessment you just unarchived:
The assessment you just archived should now appear at the top of the list you are looking at.
