You may occasionally find that a system web page seems to be stuck - either it just doesn't seem to respond or you may see an icon endlessly spinning around and around. This can be caused by old bits of the web page that your web browser has temporarily stored to help it to load faster the next time you visit it.
Most of the time, this can be fixed by holding down one of the CTRL keys on your keyboard, and then pressing the F5 key (CMD-SHIFT-R on the Mac).
As you may already know, pressing F5 on its own will refresh the web page you are currently on. Holding the CTRL as well will ensure your web browser reloads all web page information that may have been temporarily stored.
Please note: The Sevron system is built using Chrome and is most compatible with that browser. If you're able to, switch over to Chrome and a lot of the issues with loading problems will stop happening.
