To view a full list of your assessments, follow these steps:
1: Begin by clicking Assessments in the menu to the left of your screen:
2: Ensure you're looking at the highest Location in your company Location Structure by clicking to open the Location Tree, and then clicking the top Location:
3: This will now list all of the active assessments in your system. You can filter this list by typing into one of the available spaces in the list header (1). You can also change the number of entries shown on one page (2), and change the page (3) you are current viewing:
Please note: To only view specific assessments, for example, assessments due for review before the end of the year, you can change the status of the assessments shown by clicking the drop down menu below 'Status', selecting 'Due in' and then inputting the number of days from today until the end of the year:
4: To download the full list of the active (i.e. latest published) assessments in your system, simply click the very top checkbox to the left of your list (1), click Tools (2) and then click Download Selected (3):
Please note: Clicking Tools will offer you two other options that can be performed on the assessments you have selected:
Archive Selected – Clicking this option will put all selected assessments into the archive.
Copy Selected – This option will allow you to copy all selected assessments to a chosen location.
