You can edit your locations so that newly created assessments are assigned customised prefixes (or reference numbers).
To customise Assessment Prefixes (or reference numbers) for your different Locations follow these steps:
1: Click, Settings:
2: Now, click Users & Locations, and then click Location/User Management:
3: Now, click the Location you wish to edit the Assessment Prefix for. Once your chosen location is highlighted, click Edit Location:
4: Here, you can add or edit the Assessment Prefix for this Location:
And, as you can see in the following image, the Assessment Prefix you just set will now appear on every new assessment you create in this Location:
Each consecutive assessment will raise the Assessment Prefix (or reference number) by 1:
Please note: All previously created assessments will need to be updated to the new Assessment Prefix manually. Only future assessments will automatically be assigned the new Prefix.
