If you are unable to publish your own assessments, then you can make a request of a system user with the correct permissions to review and publish the assessment for you.
This is simple and can be done in one of two ways during the assessment creation process using the Assessment Wizard:
Making a Publish Request under Section 9 of the Assessment Wizard
In Section 9 of the Assessment Wizard you're able to make a request of someone to publish your assessment directly:
1: Simply click the Publish Request switch to ON (1), select a Name (2) from the drop-down menu, and then click Send Publish Request (3):
Please note: While this option will make your publish request and notify your chosen person by email, it will not notify them inside the system. Consider using the next option, Creating an Action.
If just one person is receiving publish request emails in your organisation, the next option will allow them to track the Actions (Review Requests) in a singular list instead of having to search through their emails.
Creating an Action
In Section 7 of the Assessment Wizard you're able to create an Action against someone with the correct permissions to review and publish your assessment:
1: First, click Add Action+ button :
2: Input an Action Title (1), and then click the Action Type (2) drop-down menu and select Review and Publish.
Now, select an Action Priority (3) depending on how urgent your request is and input a Target Date (4) and Describe the Action (5).
You're also able to select whether or not you wish to Show the Action on the Published Assessment (6):
3: Now, input your Name (1) and Email (2) and then click Save and Next (3)
Please note: If you add an Action Owner that is not yourself, click Save and Email instead, to notify them that you have created this action. This will only allow you to select people with a system user account:
4: This is where you will choose who will receive your request to review and publish your assessment. Click +Add Actionee:
5: Start typing a Name (1) and a drop-down list will appear, allowing you to select the proper name.
As you click, you will see that the Email (2) is automatically populated. Now, simply click Add (3):
6: To send out a notification email to your chosen Actionee, first tick the Checkbox (1) and then click Send Emails(2):
7: Now, you can send the request with or without your Assessment Draft. Click either Send With Assessment Draft (1) or Send Without Assessment (2):
