The Visit Outcome information tab appears only on the Government Agency Visit record type:
It is used to capture the details of the visit, including which part of your business was inspected, which government agency visited your premises and whether or not any enforcement action was taken.
To change these details, you need only click their drop-down menu:
When completing their inspection, the inspector may leave a comment on your business's compliance and general health and safety efforts. You can include that here, along with a comment made by yourself or one of your managers.
You may also select whether or not a risk assessment was already available and whether or not the risk assessment was amended as a result of this inspection.
