If your System Account has reached its limit for substances (or SDS), then before you contact us for an extension of your limit, you can remove substances that you're no longer using on any of your assessments.

First, head to the Substances area:

To view the substances not currently used on any of your assessments, click the CA# filter until it shows all zero's down the list:

And then, using the Actions drop-down menu, click Delete:

Please note: If every substance in your inventory is in use on your assessments and you cannot remove them, you must request an extension of your substance limit. Please make your requests to support@sevron.co.uk
