It’s not yet Christmas but we have many new things in store for you! These fresh updates will make it easier for you to navigate our system which, in turn, will save you time and effort. Here’s a quick run-through:
Assessment Wizard
● There’s now a history tab that shows the information on any assessment owner change:

● To make things quicker and easier, you can now change the order of the hazards within assessments by simply dragging and dropping them into a different order if needed:
● To double-check and confirm your intent to publish assessments, we added a new verification stage. Publication will proceed once you click on “OK”:
Assessments List (table)
● We’ve made the assessment revision numbers available via a column listing in the assessments table for better organisation:
Assessment Publishing (Email Notification)
● When you choose to publish an assessment or send a publish request and provide your "reason for publishing" comments, the reasons for publishing will now be indicated in the email:
SDS/Substance List
● Within the declined updates area, there are now two additional columns that show who declined it and their given reason:
● Within the inventory/approved section, we’ve added a cool feature: substances that have an update pending in the updates area are now highlighted in blue:
