Safety365 now gives you an option to subscribe to any assessment, and you will automatically receive an email notification once it is published. To do this, go to the assessment section, drop down the Actions button beside the assessment of your choice, and click Subscribe Assessment.

Super users and the assessment owner can view the subscribed users by dropping down Actions next to the assessment and clicking View Subscribed Users.

Subscribed users will also appear in the sidebar of the assessment details in the wizard. This list will be visible to the assessment owner and those with Super User access.

A Super User will also have access to a filter in the Assessments area that will let them search for Assessments that have been subscribed to by different people. This allows the super user to see which assessments have been subscribed to by a certain user.

The Subscribe Assessment feature fundamentally lets other system users orient themselves conveniently in every assessment they are involved in or want to be accountable for.
