Once you publish an assessment, you will now be able to add the dates you have sent the assessment task to the actionees and when they have read it. This is a company-wide setting and applies to all your present and future assessments.
To have this option appear in the assessment wizard, go to Risk Assessment Settings, choose Publish Options, and switch on the Show Actionee Date Sent/Read toggle bar. You can modify this setting with Super User access.
You have the option to switch the toggle on for the Show Action on Published Assessment option in section 7 of the assessment wizard where you work on the assessment actions. Once you do, details of the actionees such as name, email address, date assessment sent, and the date they have read it will show on the page.
