The feature shows the GHS regulation instead of CHIP if the SDS has both of them. In the absence of GHS, it would still show the CHIP.

When adding substance or creating a COSHH assessment in the Choose regulation section, users do not have the option to select CHIP if GHS is used in the SDS.
